About T-Fiber
T-Fiber is T-Mobile’s growing fiber-optic broadband service, created as part of the company’s expansion beyond its traditional wireless business. T-Mobile has been expanding its fiber footprint through acquisitions and network deployments, with the goal of reaching millions of fiber customers. The service is designed to provide high-speed, symmetrical upload and download speeds, low latency, unlimited data, and reliable performance for households with demanding applications such as gaming, streaming, video calls, and working from home. T-Fiber is particularly known for combining T-Mobile’s “Un-carrier” approach with fiber internet, including straightforward plans, included equipment and installation on eligible plans, and benefits such as T-Mobile Tuesdays. T-Mobile has stated an expectation of reaching approximately 3–4 million T-Fiber customers by 2030.
